INGREDIENTS & METHODS : 100 gm dark chocolate | 200 ml cream | 15 gm icing sugar
Melt chocolate with 50g cream over a double boiler or in the microwave. Whisk until smooth. Cool completely. Whip remaining cream with icing sugar. Fold into chocolate mix gently. Put dollops into shot glasses and leave to chill in the fridge. Top with whipped cream swirls and chocolate chips before serving.
