Monsoon Melodies | E1
Kunal & Ishika meet at a house party of friend Ritu. Kunal is the photographer of the party. Ishika, being one of the guests is bored amongst the unknown people around. Kunal plans to escape this boredom after lunch. Ritu is angry on Kunal as he left the party before it ended and missed photography moments. They approach towards a steamy situation that night where Kunal fails to show his maturity, creating an image of a 'childish' man. Kunal stays at Ishika's flat for the rest of the night. Next Morning, Kunal wakes up & realizes that Ishika is not at her flat. Kunal searches for her but Ishika is nowhere to be found. Who was Ishika? What was her plan? The answer lies in Episode 2.

A tensed Kunal Searches Ishika but she is nowhere to be found. Kunal gets frightened & takes his stuff & tries to flee. Ishika comes & tells Kunal to leave as she is entirely new in this flat & if anyone sees Kunal, she might face problems. Kunal leaves. Few days letter Ishika Calls Kunal & seek some help to decorate the new flat of hers. Kunal, Ritu, and Rik help Ishika for the same, a new friendship emerged. Ishika also mentions if Ritu could find a flatmate for her, to share a room. Kunal overhears and convinces Ishika to have him as her flatmate. Kunal starts showing his affections to her gradually and Ishika too feels the same. But it takes an unexpected turn Dipak babu, the flat owner comes to know about Kunal.

Dipak babu interrogates Kunal and Ishika but both of them got excused with the help of Madhavi Devi, Dipak Babu's wife, who is a cancer patient. They get their 'certificate' to stay together and let themselves flow into the wind of desires. Kunal comes to know that Ishika is in Kolkata only for training purposes and finds Ishika having dinner with Vishal, Ishika's ex-boyfriend cum senior in office. This hurts Kunal & He feels very upset. Meanwhile, Ishika Receives a mail from her Delhi head office. The mail states that she is going to join Delhi Office within a month. Now she can choose Love or Career.

Ishika almost throws Kunal out of the flat as her mother and aunt suddenly visit her, to give her a surprise. Ishika, surprised enough, lets Kunal get out of the house secretly. But Kunal had to come back again as Dipak Babu was about to look after the water supply issue in Ishika's flat. Kunal, Dipak Babu, as well as Ishika fall into an embarrassing situation. Ishika's mother and aunt talk about her marriage and evokes Kunal's rage. On the other side, Madhavi Devi's health deteriorates. Ishika comes to know from her boss she is appointed as the campaign head in Delhi.

Kunal expresses his wish to conduct an exhibition of Ishika's paintings and plans accordingly with Ritu and Rik. But he comes to know about Ishika's appointment in Delhi from Ritu which makes him furious, leading their breakup. Kunal's dream of the exhibition shatters. Madhavi Devi is admitted into a hospital, with a much serious condition. Both Dipak Babu and Kunal left alone in the busy city.
